Booking and Payment

  • A booking will be secure once Sparkle Events and Parties are in receipt of a booking fee.
  • The person making the booking shall be held responsible for full and final settlement of the total amount payable to Sparkle Events and Parties before the event is due to take place. Failure to clear balance before said event, will lead to a booking cancellation.
  • Any and all deposits received by Sparkle Events and Parties at the time of booking shall be non-refundable.


  • In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges where Sparkle Events and Parties services are being conducted. Advance notice of parking fee’s is preferred.


  • All correspondence will be with a member of the Sparkle Events and Parties team, and shall be confirmed in writing, whether by e-mail or otherwise.
  • It is the clients responsibly to make Sparkle Events and Parties aware of any known allergies in regards to chemicals/glues/resources used in our offered Party activities.
  • Sparkle Events and Parties cannot be held liable for any damages that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the Sparkle Events and Parties team of any known conditions.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are available at their, pre arranged allocated times.  No refund or compensation will be offered by Sparkle Events and Parties for delays caused by other events held at venue/ guests/ members of the party.
  • If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of Sparkle Events and Parties including but not limited to weather conditions, safety reasons, where possible we will endeavour to rectify such situations including a possible event date change, however, no compensation will be offered by Sparkle Events and Parties.


  • The client agrees that Sparkle Events and Parties may use any photography for publicity purposes which include our Sparkle Events and Parties website and social media pages.
  • Any objections should be made in writing to info@sparkleeventsandparties.com


  • Notice of booking cancellation must be given to Sparkle Events and Parties at least two weeks prior to the date of the booking. If less than two weeks’s notice is given, any outstanding balance payable in relation to that booking shall be required to be made in full to Sparkle Events and Parties.
  • If Sparkle Events and Parties is given less than two weeks notice of cancelation no refund will be given.
  • Sparkle Events and Parties reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive, rude and unreasonable behaviour.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

  • Payment of any deposit to Sparkle Events and Parties indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions set out above.
